The newest mixtape from DMV rapper Logic dropped about an hour ago.  I firmly believe that Logic is the most talented rapper coming into the game right now.  The self-proclaimed Young Sinatra manages to add a new-school flavor to an old-school, 90′s hip-hop flow.  This tape features new beats as well as some classic hip-hop beats and Logic kills it all.  This kid’s versatility really shows through in this project as he continues to murder tracks on tracks on tracks.  Listen and download it NOW!!

Maxxx Flair – Show Me How (prod. by Snake Eyes)

As I was studying a little bit for a final I have today; I came across this track. I don’t know much about Maxxx, but he is from NY and is now in my iTunes. Today I woke up early, tired I stumbled on my computer getting ready for class this song popped on my search and I instantly woke up. The Levels remix alone is sick, than Flair comes with a really clear and articulate flow. So roll your windows down and BUMP this!

 

Throwback Thursdays: A Tribe Called Quest – Like It Like That

“Like It Like That”, released in 1998, is the final single by hip hop group A Tribe Called Quest, the second single from their final album “The Love Movement”. The single was released solely as a promo-copy, had no music video, and received minimal radio airplay, being the only Tribe single not to reach any Billboard chart.

This is one of my favorite hip hop tracks to this day.

Nas is a legend in the game and is still to this day producing instant classics. Nas drops the latest single no more than three hours ago, called “Daughters” off his upcoming album “Life Is Good”.

Cudder always coming out with such musical talent. His tracks are always honest and deeply written with passion. That’s one thing I like about him over most other artists in the game. Cudi dropped this track last night and of course it’s what we’d expect from him.. A track worth downloading.

This new track from A$AP Rocky is a few days old, but I needed to put it up anyways.  From the second I turned this track on, my head was bobbing up and down.  I know A$AP isn’t for everyone, but this swagged-out banger will have you hooked.  ”Goldie” which is produced by Hit-Boy, servers as A$AP Rocky’s lead off track from his upcoming mixtape, Long.Live.A$AP, due out in July.  Check out the dopeness below!

This track is a pretty sweet cover to a killer B.O.B song that I really enjoy off of strange clouds. I think this is a pretty awesome cover and Missy Modell is really really really attractive red head so where does this go wrong…that’s right IT DOESN’T. This is worth the download. Enjoy

I love this techno song so it’s only fair that when Na Palm rapped over it that it had to get put up here. This song kicks and Na Palm has a nice little bite to his rhymes which gives it this hard/raw sound. This is just a little help to get you over the hump, today. #ENJOY #SNAPBACKNATION

Slight Work (Remix)

Wale dropped a remix to Slight Work that was from his Ambition album. The original had Big Sean on it and via twitter Big Sean said he wished Wale hit him up for the remix because he would have killed it again. Wale responded by saying that him and Sean had a song coming out soon anyway so he wanted others on it.

The remix features French Montana, Diddy and Mase.
